painful exercise. Delays were enormous, quality of products we buy and the
reliability of various vendors remained questionable as there was no organized
retailing channel for these products. Buying finished goods to raw material and
components were tremendous tasks. Purchase team was constantly missing the dead

stand by equipment etc.
It
was in 2003 during our various trips to developed countries especially USA, we
realized how people get their job done and save their time, money and energy to
focus on their business. Our past experience was enough to pick up these great

Having
