Type the product keywords, Manufacturer Model Number, Atcomaart Product code or
Brand in the search box provided on the pages of Atcomaart and select the provided
options for search and then click on the Search Button.

How does search work?

When you search for a Manufacturer Model Number, e.g. "D12AT120-C ", the search
engine will present product containing "D12AT120-C". When you search for a Atcomaart
Product code, e.g. "AHP001", the search engine will present products containing
"AHP001". When you search for a Brand, e.g. "ATCO", the search engine will present
products containing "ATCO".

What do I need to register? Top
To register for free, all you need is a valid e-mail address, and login name and
password, plus your name, company name, country etc...
Once you've registered, you can use this same login name and password for all AtcoMaart
products and services.
How do I register? Top
Registration to AtcoMaart is simple and fast:
1. Click on the Register link at the Buyershome Page in AtcoMaart.
2. Complete the required fields.
3. Select any category in which you are interested (You should select at least
one category for registration). Then Click on the submit button.
4. You will see a confirmation page. Don't forget to check your e-mail inbox
afterwards and click the verification link in the e-mail we send you
to
confirm your registration.

What are the guidelines for choosing a password?
Top
Your password for AtcoMaart is case-sensitive. We suggest the following general
guidelines for creating passwords:
• Use at least six characters.
• Make a password easy for you to remember but hard for someone else to guess.
• Avoid passwords closely related to your personal information, e.g. using your
login name or company name as your password.
• Use a mixture of letters or numbers and these punctuation (. _ -) - but do not
use spaces.
Why do I get the error "This E-mail Address already exists" or
"This Login Name already exists" when I enter my e-mail address or login name?

This means someone has already registered for AtcoMaart with that particular e-mail
address or login name.
What you can do:
• Use a different e-mail address or login name.
• You may have registered previously using this e-mail address and/or login name.
You can click on "Forgot your password?" in the Login Page and follow the instructions
provided.

Why does my registration form become blank when I submit it ?

When you submit your registration form (by pressing the Submit" button), if the
fields become blank and nothing happens, your browser's cookie setting may be disabled
or set at a too high or restricted level. Cookies are used by our system to facilitate
your use of AtcoMaart services. To complete your registration, please enable your
cookies.
Once I'm registered, what happens next?

After registration, you are automatically logged into AtcoMaart. You will then be
able to use a much wider range of AtcoMaart services
Important:
After registering, we recommend that you go to your User Profile page and complete
your contact and company information.This ensures
that these details are pre-completed in the form each time you send an inquiry.
To do this make sure you are logged into the site. The User
Profile link will only appear in the left Menu after a successful login.
Why should I select product categories?

Selecting product categories enables you to use AtcoMaart
Product Alert. Product Alert is a customizable e-mail service that updates you on
products as soon as these are posted on AtcoMaart, for the product categories in
which you are interested. You can add or remove product categories, or stop receiving
Product Alert updates, at any time.

How do I login?
Click on the Login link at
the BuyersHome Page in AtcoMaart. Enter your User Name and Password and click the
"Login" buttons
Why do I get an error when I type in my password?

1. Check how you are typing your password. Remember that passwords for AtcoMaart
are case-sensitive. Example, if you entered "comPL3X" as a password during registration,
the site will only accept "comPL3X", not "compl3x" or "COMPL3X".
2. Check if your keyboard CAPS LOCK has been accidentally activated. This may have
caused you to unintentionally type your password in the wrong case.
What if I forgot my password? Top
1. Simply click on "Forgot your password?" at the Login Page.
2. Enter your registered e-mail address.
3. Click Submit to complete the process.
Atcomaart will create a new password and send it with your login name to your registered
e-mail address.
Then use this new password to login. For your protection, this password is a random,
system-generated password. Once you have logged in, you can change your password
by clicking on the User Profile link in the left navigation bar.
If you cannot remember your registered e-mail address, please contact us.
How do I update
my User Profile? Top
1. First Login into your Account, Once you logged in, click on the My Account
link in the right navigation bar and after that click on the Edit Account Info.

2. On the Edit Account Info. screen, type in your new or updated
information in the appropriate fields.
3. Click Update to save your changes.
If you wish to add or remove
product categories for your Product Alert follow the steps:
1. Click on the My Account
link in the left navigation bar and after that click on the Edit Account Info.

Edit Account Info. Screen, type in your new or updated the category information.
3. Click Update to save your changes.
How do I change my password? Top
1. Once logged in, Click on the My Account link in the left navigation
bar and
after that click on the Change Password link
in that page.
2. Enter your new password, enter it again to confirm, and then click Update
Password.
